TURBINE ENGINE SERVICE
Our turbine service ticket system offers you the ability to create your service ticket online in preperation for arrival at our facility. Our ticket system also allows us to keep you updated on the status of your service progress from arrival to completion.
Service tickets are held open for 20 days, allowing adequate time to prepare and send in your item. Tickets generated for items not received within 20 days will automatically close and a new ticket will be required for your service to be initiated. Additional notifications will be sent upon arrival of your repair item(s) at our service facility. Please carefully prepare your service item for shipping to avoid inbound transit damage.

Preparation and Shipping Information:
We suggest you use a trackable carrier only, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS; We highly discourage the use of the Postal Service for shipping engines in for service. Make sure a copy of the Airbill is kept, as this is your only proof of shipment.
We suggest that you insure your package; any damage incurred in shipping will not be covered by Dreamworks Model Products, JetCat Americas, or under the Manufacturer’s Warranty. If your product is damaged in shipping, you will need to contact your carrier to file a claim.
We recommend shipping the product in packaging providing the product with a degree of protection equivalent to that of the original packaging. We recommend using 3 to 5 inches of bubble wrap to protect your product. Please do not use styrofoam peanuts.
Place the shipping label on the largest flat surface of the package and remove/cover all old labels if reusing packaging.
Then place your name, phone number and ticket number in the upper left corner of the package.
You will recieve an email from us which contains all the informaion need to access your "Online Portal" and with a click you will have access view your repair status at any time.
