Return Policy- Due to the recent increase of non-product related returns, the policy has changed.
Beginning March 26, 2007, DMP will only accept returns of parts that were ordered wrong if they are unopened, uninstalled and in the original packaging. Refunds for such products will be made within 30 days after receipt by DMP. This new policy does not affect returns due to faulty products which will continue to be handled in accordance to the current policy and will be backed and supported by us 100%.

Due to recent developments, uncertainty and volatility of the marketplace, and eroded confidence; Dreamworks Model Products has concluded that it would be in our best interest to discontinue the sale of Skymaster Jets. Our decision was not arrived at easily and was the product of much deliberation and soul-searching. Dreamworks Model Products is working hard to fill the recent void, but this takes time. We are constantly looking for innovative quality products, and will be expanding our product offerings over the next several months. We want to take this time to thank our customers who have supported Dreamworks with your patronage and kind words over the years and may all your landings be good ones!
